The signs were there when my grade school class toured the Ames City Dump and Water Treatment Facility – my dad loaned me his black & white camera and I shot an entire roll of film. Maybe that’s when I started looking for the beauty and excitement in noticing things other people might miss, and somewhere inside, the photography seed was planted. Years later I was blessed to keep hearing how my photos touched others.

 

My spirit is truly fed as I create and I hope your spirit is fed as you view my galleries. And, as I say on my homepage, and on each photo card or photo book I create, I hope that these images bless you and help you look at things in a new way, glimpse details previously unseen, catch visions of beauty and help you believe in possibilities.
